Recognition and feedback replies can’t be unsent once you confirm them, so read the preview before you say yes.

Disconnecting

Remove Happily from your ChatGPT or Claude settings at any time.
Company admins can turn off AI assistant connections for one person or for everyone.
Connections expire after 90 days at most. When yours does, sign in again to keep going.

Common problems

I can’t connect

Your company admin needs to turn on AI assistant connections in Happily first. Ask them to switch it on, then try again.

Sign-in doesn’t finish

Sign in with the same email you use for Happily. If your company uses single sign-on, sign in through it. Still stuck? Remove Happily from your assistant and add it again.

I’m asked to sign in again

Connections expire after 90 days at most, or sooner if an admin turns them off. Sign in again to reconnect.

Data I expected is missing

Happily shows only what your role and team can see, and hides results for groups smaller than four. If you think you should see more, check your role and team with your company admin.

A change I asked for didn’t happen

Changes happen only after you confirm the preview, and only for the kinds of changes you allowed when you connected.
