Happily collects the following data:-
Personal identifiable information (name, email address, birth day and month)
-Team name and organizational relationships (who your manager is)
-Employee engagement survey data
-Recognition and relationship dynamics data
-In-app activity
-Communication between you and others in your organization that happens in the app
2. How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Happily with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
-Voluntarily complete daily pulse surveys or provide feedback on any of our discussion boards
-Voluntarily provide recognition, health data, sign up for events, redeem rewards, or gift rewards to others
Happily may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
-Your employer
3. How will we use your data?
Happily collects your data so that we can:
-Provide you with personalized learning and coaching content
-Generate team and organizational insights and reports to help your manager and company better support you
-Provide coins, gems, and medals that you can use to Redeem Rewards
-Email you with confirmations when logging in, signing up for events, receiving or submitting Peer Feedback, or confirming the Rewards you gift or redeem
-Improve our product offerings
-Conduct workplace research using anonymized data towards improving employee outcomes (e.g., health, happiness)
4. How do we store your data?
Happily securely stores your data on Google Firebase where your data is encrypted at rest.
Happily will keep your response data for 90 days after your last inactivity. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing all non-dependent data from the storage facility.
5. Marketing
Happily would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access - You have the right to request Happily copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Happily correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Happily to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Happily erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Happily restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Happily’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Happily transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
The right to withdraw your consent - You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note, however, that this will not affect the lawfulness of your data being processed before the withdrawal.
