    Block 1 — Diagnose the system

    Working session: each participant maps the behaviours, signals, and rewards inside their own operating system.

  3. 11:00 – 11:20

    Break

    Coffee and conversation. The room is the half the value.

  4. 11:20 – 12:30

    Block 2 — Build the activation plan

    Pick one behaviour, design the daily mechanism, define the signal. Workshop your plan with the cohort.

  5. 12:30 – 13:00

    Wrap & pledges

    Each leader commits to one measurable change in the next 30 days. We follow up at the 30 / 60 / 90 day marks.

Is this free to attend?
Yes — the workshop is complimentary. We host these sessions to meet operators thinking seriously about culture. There's no pitch, no upsell on the day, and no obligation.
Will it be recorded?
No. The room is small (max 24) and the working sessions need confidentiality. Notes and the activation plan template are sent to attendees by email afterwards.
I can't make this date — will there be more?
Yes. We run these every 6–8 weeks across Bangkok, Singapore, and online. Register your details and we'll let you know when the next one is announced.
Can I send a colleague instead?
Of course — just email tareef@happily.ai with the swap. The cohort works best when each org sends a leader who can actually act on the plan.
