Tareef Jafferi is the founder of Happily.ai, a Bangkok-based company that helps organisations turn daily employee signals into better leadership habits.

His work combines five startups, people analytics research at MIT, and a technical role at Google, where he saw how operating habits shape culture at scale.

His core belief is simple: relationships are not the soft side of work; they are the system work runs on. That belief now shows up in Happily.ai research from 10M+ workplace interactions across 350+ workplaces, and in daily tools used by more than 1,000 teams.
